Knoxville Market Report

July 2020

July 2020 saw another drop in available houses in the Knoxville area, with the current active listings falling to 3125. The cause for the decline is two-fold, as sellers are still slow to list due to concerns from the COVID pandemic. However, buyers are anxious to take advantage of historically low-interest rates. With demand outweighing supply, houses are often selling at or above list price and in many cases in just a few days. Look through our easy to read market report for the need to know stats about local real estate trends. If you have been thinking of selling and are curious if now is the best time, give us a call to discuss your options!
