He completed a comparative market analysis and advertised our home in such a way that there was almost immediate interest in our home. We received an offer in approximately two weeks of listing it and after Blake helped us navigate through a couple rounds of offers and counter-offers, we all settled on an agreeable price and terms. Blake helped us complete the "seller's responsibilities" per the contract. We had a successful closing in time and all parties left the title office pleased with the outcome.
